Database Administration, Customer Service and HR relief

    • AAwarded for excellent customer service based on my performance regarding critical situations.
    • Maintain and update a Sabre systems database for American Airlines.
    • Provide helpdesk, database support and training with MS Office, Windows XP, Sabre cargo and reservation system.
    • Focused on resolving Windows XP, Sabre and Microsoft Office problems and provide solutions.
    • Train and familiarize employees with their work environment, job responsibilities/duties throughout American Airlines’ Facilities.
